Qualifications
- Retail experience is preferred, particularly in apparel.
- The role requires the ability to develop customer relationships.
- Understanding of store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation is required.
- Good judgment, strong presentation skills, and a friendly, optimistic approach are required.
- The role requires understanding customer needs and building buy-in to products, services, decisions, or actions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-first attitude and build customer loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues at store level in a timely and positive manner.
