What Roots Is Looking For
- Retail experience is required, preferably in apparel.
- Candidates should be able to develop customer relationships and understand customer needs.
- Experience with store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation is required.
- The role requires good judgment, strong retail presentation skills, and the ability to build buy-in for products, services, decisions, or actions.
- An upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly approach is expected.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-first attitude and build customer loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues at store level in a timely and positive manner.
