Overview
- Engage with customers in person and over the phone, attend to inquiries, and provide product recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong sales and upselling skills to promote products, special offers, and drive sales performance.
- Manage inventory by receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and conducting inventory checks.
- Handle cashiering duties including processing transactions, managing cash and credit card payments, and handling product returns and exchanges.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensure the sales floor is presentable, and implement visual merchandising according to brand standards.
