Role Overview
The Sales Associate is a permanent part-time position with Ernest Jones.

Store team members focus on outstanding service, product knowledge, and jewellery expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and create memorable customer experiences.
- Develop product knowledge and jewellery expertise.
- Answer customer enquiries about products and new product introductions.
- Help the store maintain performance and meet sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Interest in jewellery products and brands; previous jewellery experience is not required.
- A positive, can-do attitude and ability to start conversations with diverse customers.
Schedule
- The role may include additional hours during peak trading periods, bank holidays, and weekends.
