About the Role
Lead the sales floor by showcasing and promoting Calvin Klein products and delivering a strong customer experience.
Contribute to store business results and uphold the brand's standards and visual presentation.
Support behind-the-scenes store operations under the guidance of the Store Management team.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and create genuine, engaging interactions.
- Start conversations that inspire sales and build brand connections.
- Represent the Calvin Klein brand and share current fashion product knowledge.
- Process merchandise, restock products, and operate the cash register.
- Support store operations and maintain brand visual standards.
- Demonstrate pride, commitment, inclusion, and teamwork.
What You’ll Bring
- Friendliness, organization, and time management skills.
- Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
- Prior retail experience is preferred, but training is available.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
