Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high touch client experiences that exceed customer expectations
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals, KPIs, and showroom performance targets
- Identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling across jewelry collections and services
- Handle high value transactions with accuracy and discretion
- Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge to assist customers in product selection, stacking and styling
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining the highest service standards
- Communicate loyalty program to customers and encourage sign ups
- Ensure merchandise is presented according to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Adhere to all security, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures
- Assist in all daily store operational tasks as requested by management
- Support opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- 1 2 years in retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and a proactive team player with a client first mindset
- Passion for jewelry and enthusiasm to develop extensive product knowledge
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus

The Role

- Seeking a passionate and customer focused Sales Associate to join the showroom team.

- Create memorable experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications
- 1 2 years in retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
