Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- As a Sales Associate at EssilorLuxottica Chalhoub you will deliver exceptional sales results by assisting the customer in selecting products best suited to their lifestyle.
- You'll get to perform almost all store functions including opening and closing, merchandising and of course selling.
Job Responsibilities
- Strengthening brand exposure in point of sale
- Consistently demonstrating benchmarked brand filter standards
- Improving brand knowledge and sales techniques
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
- Achieving his/her individual targets and contributing to the achievement of the store targets
- Demonstrate a positive attitude that sees problems as challenges to be faced and overcome
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention, security and safety
- Be responsible to update product knowledge on an ongoing basis
- Monitor and report sales results
- Control of client stock assortment
- Focus on sales and profitability
- Maintain customer focus standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years optical retail experience (in one section)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Arabic Language is a plus
- Minimum of 1 years of sales experience (in another section)
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
