Role Overview
The Sales Associate is a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand.
The role delivers personalized shopping experiences, meets store and personal sales goals, and supports daily store operations.
The position combines luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Coach according to brand styling and service standards.
- Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop personal sales plans and meet individual and team KPIs.
- Source customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
- Complete cash-wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual-merchandising tasks.
- Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
