Position Overview

What You Will Accomplish

• Engage mall shoppers and follow the sales process.
• Build a prospective client list using the CRM tool.
• Create awareness for WOW! and its represented brands within the mall.
• Provide personalized and unbiased product advice.
• Achieve key business metrics and deliver a strong customer experience.
• Participate in coaching conversations and complete required training.
• Receive, sign, secure, and manage inventory.
• Follow merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
• Perform daily kiosk opening and closing tasks.
• Stay current on promotions, products, services, and policies.
• Manage cash, point-of-sale, and inventory systems.
• Work during mall hours, including evenings and weekends, as operationally required.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point-of-sale system.
• Wireless retail or commission sales experience is an asset.
• Ability to initiate conversations with mall traffic.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Openness to feedback, coaching, and personal development.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and stand for extensive periods.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time hours of 32–40 hours per week.
• Hourly pay of $17.60 plus an uncapped commission structure.

Work Environment

• The role operates in a mall kiosk environment.
• The position requires availability during mall operating hours, including evenings and weekends.

Hiring Process
