General In the role as a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products & brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer to drive commercial success.

People ú Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop ú Follow all induction related processes (e.g. Induction Workbook) Product ú Continuously increase product knowledge ú Follow all provided Collection Training & VM Guidelines ú Support to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment ú Support in all merchandise related processes (e.g. deliveries & returns) ú Support in all stock take & cycle counts related processes Performance ú Be familiar with all company store & individual KPI’s & targets ú Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity ú Supporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management ú Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets Customer Service & CRM ú Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers ú Establish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience ú Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management ú Support store management in transaction, complaint & return handling Processes & Systems ú Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology ú Follow all company policies (Health & Safety, Store Operations Manual, Retail Teamwear, etc.) Qualifications ú Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is required along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry ú Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand ú Commercial mindset ú Excellent communication skills at all levels ú Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business ú Willingness to constantly learn & develop ú Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology ú High cultural knowledge & awareness ú Perceptive of customer needs ú Fluent in a second language would be an advantage (spoken & written)
