- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Promote products, offers, and ongoing promotions to maximize sales
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Process cash, credit card, debit card, and other payment transactions accurately
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently
- Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and credit notes as per company policies
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures and ensure cash balances at the end of each shift
- Prepare daily sales and cash collection reports
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness
- Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory counts
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales and cashiering
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in POS systems
- Strong numerical and cash handling skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
