Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers throughout their purchase journey, providing quality service from greeting to departure.
- Adopt the right approach to actively impact conversion rate, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
- Offer personalized and excellent customer experiences by attentively addressing needs.
- Promote and encourage additional sales, mastering and informing customers about services during and after purchases.
- Handle opening and closing of registers and process transactions.
- Develop CRM client follow up and participate in daily boutique reporting.
- Ensure boutique upkeep, including merchandising, maintaining the sales area, and supporting stockists with organization and inventory tasks.
- Prepare the boutique before opening: activate lighting, equipment, music, verify merchandising, and restock shopping bags.
- Close the boutique after closing time: initiate telecollects, secure registers, send reports, deactivate lighting and equipment, adjust merchandising, organize materials, and turn off music.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience engaging with high end, international clientele in a similar role, preferably within luxury and/or leather goods sectors.
- Strong sensitivity to products, craftsmanship, and leather artistry.
- Ability to integrate into a team with a collaborative spirit.
- Friendly demeanor with natural relational ease and initiative.
- Sharp service orientation with rigor, proactivity, and attention to detail.
- Autonomy, adaptability, and resilience to manage high boutique traffic.

Creating The Polène Experience

Cash Management & Additional Tasks
