Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound cold and warm calls to international and local HNWIs
- Build, update, and nurture sales pipeline using CRM
- Conduct professional video presentations via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet
- Create video content for social media and personalized pitches
- Guide clients through the buying cycle from inquiry to post sales coordination
- Maintain relationships with developer sales representatives
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of active experience in the Dubai Real Estate market
- Immediate joiners only (already residing in UAE with transferable visa)
- Proven track record of high volume outbound calling
- Exceptional verbal communication and on camera presentation skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Strong closing and negotiation skills

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of active experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.
