Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or wellness product sales.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about delivering high-end lifestyle solutions while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through walk-in clients, cold calling, and effective lead follow-ups, ensuring successful deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the luxury and wellness segments.
- Manage client inquiries, consultations, and follow-ups, offering personalized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain, track, and actively nurture a large database of leads and existing clients within the CRM system, ensuring consistent engagement and conversion into showroom visits, site meetings, and confirmed sales opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and develop tailored project briefs and execution plans to deliver optimal solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, clearly communicating features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, installation, and operations) to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project updates, and client communications.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches.
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective strategies.
- Keep organized documentation of customer interactions, quotations, and transactions within CRM or reporting systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or wellness products.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in client handling, product presentations, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Professional appearance and strong client engagement skills.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
