- Welcome clients, members, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage the reception desk and maintain a polished front office environment
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk in enquiries
- Respond promptly to all sales enquiries and generate leads through outbound calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Conduct professional workspace tours for prospective clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records and contracts, update CRM systems and occupancy reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, real estate, business centres, coworking spaces, or sales related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluent English is mandatory

Position Overview
- The Sales cum Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and prospective members while simultaneously driving sales and occupancy targets for the workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, members, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception desk and maintain a polished and professional front office environment.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk in enquiries.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate offices, meeting rooms, or personnel.
- Manage visitor registrations and maintain visitor logs.
- Coordinate courier deliveries, mail handling, and administrative correspondence.
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and operational prior to client use.
- Assist members with day to day workspace requirements and support requests.
- Respond promptly to all sales enquiries received through various channels.
- Generate leads through outbound calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct professional workspace tours for prospective clients.
- Present coworking memberships, serviced office solutions, virtual offices, and meeting room packages.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, real estate, business centres, coworking spaces, or sales related roles.
- Prior experience within coworking spaces, serviced offices, hotels, or commercial real estate will be advantageous.
