Responsibilities
- Achieve sales in line with boutique targets and commercial strategy
- Provide exceptional client experience and represent Alaïa image and values
- Develop client book and update customer database
- Develop cross selling and increase average basket
- Participate in team meetings, events, inventory counts, and daily operations
- Maintain boutique cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
Requirements
- Strong achievement & client database
- First professional experience in luxury retail
- Excellent client treatment standards and centricity
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, multi tasking, collaborative, supportive, and flexible

Your Mission
- As an ALAÏA Ambassador, you have to achieve sales in line with the ambitious of the Boutique and ensure that every Client has an exceptional and unique experience in the Boutique, by providing the highest standards of service. Reflect and demonstrates ALAÏA image and values at all the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales driven in line with ALAÏA commercial strategy and sales ceremony
- Reaching monthly store targets with the team
- Increasing average basket in quantity and value (UPT, VPT)
- Developing cross selling
- Knowing RTW and Accessories construction and vocabulary
- Client service excellence
- Bringing to life the ALAÏA customer experience
- Representing with the highest standards and promoting ALAÏA’s name and image inside the Boutique
- Welcoming Client, in the Boutique, over the phone, by e mail, according to ALAÏA guidance and standards
- Developing the client book and updating the customer database
- Developing Client loyalty through excellent service and Treatment
- Reinforcing clientele relationships with consistent follow up
Your Profile
- Strong achievement & Client database
- A first professional experience gained from a luxury retail experience
- A person with an excellent high Client Treatment standards and centricity
- A team player with excellent inter personnel skills and multi tasking, collaborative, supportive, and flexible
