- Maintain customer information and update CRM records
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, tele sales, or customer service is preferred
- Experience in ERP, software, or IT solutions sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and explain software solutions
- Target oriented with good negotiation skills
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage

Overview
