Responsibilities
- Welcome, greet, and provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Identify customer needs and provide expert advice on products
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in visual merchandising, inventory/stock management, and aftersales procedures
- Maintain and demonstrate excellent product and services knowledge
- Process sales transactions, receive payments, handle exchanges/refunds
- Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
- Maintain clean and organized product display and overall store image
- Assist customers with packing and gift wrapping
- Participate in relevant training and comply with company operational standards
Requirements
- 1+ years minimum of optical retail experience with experience of prescription lenses

- Excellent communication skills, hospitality, and empathy
- Excellent English; additional language – Russian/Arabic languages would be beneficial

Sales Associate
- Optifashion is responsible for providing expert advice on eyewear and ophthalmic lenses, assisting the customer in choosing the right product, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, greet, and provide excellent customer service in a genuine and friendly manner to all customers from the moment they enter the store.
- Identify customer needs, provide expert advice on products to help the customer make the best purchase decisions.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs, and positively contribute to the store sales performance by actively recognizing and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Participate in visual merchandising, inventory/stock management, and aftersales procedures.
- Maintain and demonstrate excellent product and services knowledge, as well as promotional campaigns and eyewear fashion trends.
- Process sales transactions, receive payments, handle exchanges/refunds.
