Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls to introduce premium water filtration solutions
- Identify customer requirements and qualify sales opportunities
- Schedule meetings between interested clients and the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow ups in the company CRM
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects until meetings are confirmed
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Stay updated on products and services to confidently communicate key benefits
Requirements
- Previous experience in tele sales, inside sales, customer service, or appointment setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Self motivated, target driven, and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Driving License

Job Overview
