Requirements

- Basic point of sale (POS) and cash handling skills
- Ability to learn and explain product features, fragrance families, and usage tips
- Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Arabic, are an advantage
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Associate role based in Dubai.
- The Sales Associate will welcome customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable fragrances from the Layqa Perfumes collection.
- Day to day tasks include demonstrating products, explaining fragrance notes, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing store.
- The role involves meeting sales targets, handling customer inquiries, managing stock on the sales floor, and supporting promotions or in store events.
- The Sales Associate will also help ensure that all customers receive courteous, attentive service and leave with a positive impression of the brand.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, luxury goods, or customer facing roles, preferably in fragrances, cosmetics, or fashion.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers in a professional, respectful manner.
- Basic point of sale (POS) and cash handling skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to learn and explain product features, fragrance families, and usage tips clearly and confidently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Arabic, are an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage busy periods calmly, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a premium retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
