About Us

  • Kaafe is a luxury hospitality brand specializing in premium chocolates, catering services, corporate events, weddings, and bespoke celebrations.
  • We are seeking a dynamic, customer focused, and sales driven Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media platforms, email, and walk in visits.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for catering, events, gifting, and chocolate orders.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client orders and events.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update client databases.
  • Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Represent Kaafe professionally at all times and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

Field & Event Support

  • Attend client meetings, venue visits, tastings, and event consultations when required.
  • Support the team during catering functions, exhibitions, weddings, and special events.
  • Be flexible with working hours based on operational and event requirements.
  • Travel within Doha as needed to meet clients and support company activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Sales, Hospitality, Catering, Events, Luxury Retail, or Customer Service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
