Customer Experience and Sales

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting the company’s hospitality culture.
• Initiate conversations to understand customer needs and provide personalized service.
• Create a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools.
• Educate customers about brand loyalty programs.
• Remain accountable to personal goals and contribute to overall store performance.

Store Operations

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment consistent with brand standards.
• Support a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for the brand and fashion is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools is required.
• A team-player mindset with ownership and initiative is required.
• Must be able to operate a register, maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

• The listed pay range is USD 17.00 to USD 21.25 per hour.
• The position type is regular, part time.
