Sales Associate

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous sales experience is required, preferably in a phone-based sales role.
• Must be comfortable placing cold calls.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of calls and emails.
• Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to excel both independently and within a team.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Must possess a capacity and willingness to learn a variety of computer software applications. including, but not limited to, order entry and job ticket systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Desired Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in using sales/CRM software is an asset, with prior experience in Salesforce considered a strong asset

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• This role is 100% remote. Base pay plus commission.
