This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Associate role based in the Riyadh Region, with some work-from-home flexibility.
The role involves in-person and remote customer interactions and supports the selection and sale of car care solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Explain MotorLube services and pricing and help customers select suitable car care solutions.
- Handle inquiries, prepare service quotations, process orders, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with service teams for smooth appointments.
- Support revenue growth, ongoing sales initiatives, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent MotorLube's customer-first values in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and professional communication.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including inquiry handling, deal closing, and sales target achievement.
- Basic knowledge of automotive services or a strong willingness to learn car care offerings.
- Proficiency with computer systems and digital tools for customer data, quotations, and online communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup with on-site and remote tasks.
- Clear spoken and written communication in English; Arabic is advantageous.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or service-oriented roles is preferred.
- Relevant vocational or academic business background is a plus.
