- Manage check ins and check outs using the gym’s software system
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk in inquiries
- Handle bookings for classes and personal training sessions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Provide general information about gym services, pricing, and schedules
- Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and retail products
- Conduct gym tours for potential clients and highlight key offerings
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into members
- Maintain accurate sales records and update client information
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall business goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results driven with a proven ability to hit targets or KPIs
- Energetic, confident, and customer focused
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computer systems and sales software
- Sales cum Receptionist: 1 year (Required)
- Fluent English (Required)
