Bellroy is opening its first Melbourne store and is assembling a Carry Guide team to start before the store opens.
The Carry Guide will represent Bellroy on the retail floor and help customers find products suited to their needs.
The role combines product knowledge, customer conversations, sales, returns support, and store presentation.
Role responsibilities
- Represent Bellroy on the retail floor and help customers find suitable products.
- Learn and communicate product materials, design thinking, and product details.
- Assist customers with purchases, returns, complaints, and warranty questions.
- Maintain considered displays, accurate point-of-sale transactions, and an organized retail floor.
- Share customer feedback and recurring questions with the team.
Candidate profile
- Some retail or customer-facing experience and a warm, genuine approach to people.
- Curiosity about products, materials, design, and what makes products well-designed.
- Ability to remain composed and helpful during complaints and returns.
- Attention to detail in displays, floor resets, pricing information, and transactions.
