- Outbound re engagement of old/churned leads across email, phone, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
- Fast qualify/disqualify on incoming RFP leads
- Supporting the BD Manager on proposals, follow ups, client calls and handover to delivery
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and CRM tools
- Strong written and verbal communication, well organised, self motivated
- Nice to have: Arabic, or familiarity with LMS / e learning

Sales Associate at Capytech
- Capytech — a Dubai based e learning company (12+ years, building custom learning for UAE government entities, luxury brands and Fortune 500s) — is hiring a Sales Associate.
- This is a genuine sales seat, not a lead list grind. You'd run simpler sales cycles independently and support our BD Manager on the bigger, more complex deals — building your own book as you go, with a clear path to Account Executive.
What you'd own
