Role overview
The store is seeking a Sales Associate who enjoys music and pop culture.
The role focuses on customer service, selling merchandise, and creating a strong in-store experience.
What you'll do
- Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return.
- Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards in assigned areas.
- Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales, including through BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Assist with planogram changes involving store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
- Share fashion and music trend information with management and headquarters partners.
- Help Store Management prevent theft and misuse of merchandise.
- Keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
- Communicate and work as part of a team.
- Perform other activities assigned by the Store Leader.
What you'll need
- Previous experience working in a retail environment.
- Ability to provide customer service and sell products.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with the team.
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
