Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Sales Associate role based in Ajman.
  • The Sales Associate will engage directly with customers in the showroom, presenting EMPOLO BATH products, explaining features and benefits, and guiding customers to suitable solutions for their needs and projects.
  • Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries from distributors and contractors, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
  • The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on stock availability, ensuring attractive product displays, following up on leads, and supporting local marketing and promotional activities.
  • The Sales Associate is expected to deliver professional, courteous service and contribute to achieving sales targets and overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer service skills, including consultative selling, relationship building, and handling inquiries from both retail customers and business clients.
  • Basic knowledge of bathroom fixtures and fittings (e.g., faucets, accessories, cabinets) or strong willingness to learn technical product details.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with distributors, contractors, and walk in customers in a clear, professional manner.
  • Organization and administrative abilities for managing quotations, orders, documentation, and follow up activities.
  • Comfort with using point of sale systems, spreadsheets, and email for tracking sales and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Ability to work on site in Ajman, stand for extended periods, and support showroom presentation and product display standards.
  • Previous experience in retail or B2B sales, preferably in sanitary ware, construction materials, or home improvement, is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Professional, punctual, and goal oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive environment.
