Jimmy Choo is seeking a Sales Associate who represents the brand through customer engagement, sales performance, and lasting client relationships.
The role offers an inspiring retail environment with opportunities for individual development.
What you’ll do
- Deliver an elevated customer experience during and after the sale.
- Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships.
- Partner with management to achieve sales targets strategically.
- Maintain product knowledge of Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories and related terminology.
- Act as a brand ambassador and foster customer relationships in the community.
- Maintain visual standards at all times.
- Perform store opening and closing, cash handling, and other key-holder responsibilities.

- At least two years of luxury retail experience with an established clientele.
- A self-starter who can drive results.
