Role Overview
The Sales Executive will generate leads, close sales, and build strong client relationships.
The role promotes office space solutions and supports a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and close sales.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues.
- Update the CRM system with accurate sales pipeline information.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to promote services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in leasing, commercial, or hospitality.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
