About the Role

Role Description
- Support the sales team with day to day tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, assisting with itinerary preparation, and maintaining up to date records of leads and bookings.
- Help coordinate communication with prospective travelers, share information about winter sports packages, and follow up on leads through email, messaging platforms, and calls.
- Organize digital files, update customer databases or CRM tools, and support the preparation of presentations or sales materials.
- Assist with basic market research and provide feedback on customer needs to help refine offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest or foundational skills in sales.
- Good organization skills, including managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Comfort with remote work tools and basic computer proficiency.
- Enthusiasm for travel, sports, or outdoor activities; interest in winter sports is a plus.
