Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business like greeting.

Provide customers with current, relevant information about the product.

Offer gift cards and capture customer information in the database for future sales opportunities.

Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invite them back.

Provide efficient service at the cash wrap ensuring all customer needs are met.

Excellent customer service skills.

Proficiency in using CAD packages like AutoCAD or Sketchup.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

High School Degree.

1-2 years of retail sales experience.

Ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) packages such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator, or Photoshop to create visuals.

Good verbal communication skills.

Physical ability for some heavy lifting and standing for a minimum of 8 hours.
