Sales Assistant ( Female Only )

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with sizing and styling.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional and efficient manner.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to a supervisor if necessary.
• Sales and Merchandising:
• Assist in restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
• Ensure that products are neatly arranged and visually appealing to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the Store Manager.

Cash Handling

• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.

Store Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays, and storage areas.
• Perform regular housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, dusting, and restocking supplies.

Product Knowledge

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and any promotions or sales.
• Teamwork and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MS office & Excel
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Age : Under 30 Years

• Experience: 0-1 Year

• Language : English / Arabic
• Prefer immediately Joining
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
