Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product selection, styling advice, and ensuring a luxurious shopping experience.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards by arranging displays, organizing stock, and ensuring the sales floor is attractive and inviting.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Manage inventory levels by receiving, unpacking, tagging, and organizing new merchandise, and assisting with stocktakes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, remembering preferences and proactively reaching out with new arrivals or personalized offers.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, brand collections, and product knowledge to effectively advise customers and drive sales.
• Assist with clienteling efforts, including managing customer databases and executing follow up communications.
• Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and presentable at all times, attending to the overall ambiance.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
