The Sales Assistant internship is a hybrid role based in Dubai with on-site work and work-from-home flexibility.
The intern will support sales activities, client communication, proposals, records, and coordination with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with proposals and presentations.
- Maintain records of leads and sales activities.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams on client requirements.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Help organize meetings and calls.
- Assist with market research and update CRM or tracking tools.
- Ensure timely client communication and support a positive sales experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, communication, sales, and organization skills are required.
- Basic familiarity with design or creative industries is advantageous.
- Productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems are preferred.
- Reliability and time management are required for working in a hybrid environment in Dubai.
- Current study or recent graduation in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
