About the Role
Citron Dubai is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the commercial team in driving sales growth across retail and distribution channels. The role involves preparing sales reports, analyzing data, coordinating product launches, and managing customer orders.

Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with day to day commercial operations and account management
- Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and business reviews using Excel
- Analyze sell in, sell out, inventory, and promotional performance data
- Assist in preparing customer presentations, listings, and commercial proposals
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and retail activations with internal teams
- Manage product listing forms, customer documentation, and retailer requirements
- Track customer orders, stock availability, and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate sales records, pricing files, and customer databases
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment activities
- Liaise with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Retail Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, Category Management, Sales Support, Commercial Operations, or Retail Planning
- Experience within consumer goods, FMCG, lifestyle, children's products, homeware, or retail industries preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting)
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create professional business presentations
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- UAE experience is an advantage
