JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• An essential job duty of this position is regularly reporting to work on time and being able to perform the essential duties of the position.

• Create and distribute weekly sales trackers.
• Distribute change in distribution reports, period reports and commodity price reports to management and sales.
• Update and distribute contract pricing spreadsheet and reports using information provided from Accounting and from Sales.
• Responsible for updating, ordering, inventory, logging and processing of all FS rebate coupons.
• Communicate pricing, process reports, submit check requests for GPOs and buying groups as needed.
• Act as backup to Export Sales Coordinator. Stay up to date on export regulations.
• Support and assist FS NSM with deduction reconciliation for House Accounts.
• Update and distribute weekly sales reports for FS NSM and SVP S&M.
• Assist or take lead in Broker Visits, Sales Meeting planning, set up, and execution.
• Accept special projects and complete them promptly.
