Sales Assistant

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and support the sales team.
• Prepare proposals and update CRM records and sales documentation.
• Coordinate follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
• Assist with sales reporting and pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure accurate information is shared with customers.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, communications, and account activities.
• Contribute to customer relationships and improvements to sales processes.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities for building positive client relationships.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales skills and a basic understanding of lead management, follow-ups, and pipeline support.
• Organization skills for managing schedules, documentation, and CRM data accurately.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet deadlines reliably.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and productivity software is advantageous.
• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
• Interest in technology, blockchain, or global agricultural trade is beneficial.
