Job Summary
An abaya shop in Dubai is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide customer service, product advice, garment measurement, and sales support.
The role focuses on serving Arabic customers and helping clients select well-fitting abayas.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers, understand their needs, and provide service to Arabic-speaking clientele.
- Demonstrate knowledge of abaya styles, fabrics, and cultural significance.
- Measure customers accurately and provide fitting advice.
- Promote products using effective sales techniques and work toward sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and customer feedback collection.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, particularly in fashion or clothing stores.
- Arabic and English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Applicants should have garment measurement skills, strong communication, customer service orientation, and cultural awareness related to Arabic clothing and fashion.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month, with a competitive salary and commission structure.

- The work location is in person at the abaya shop in Dubai.
