Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Service Specialist role based in Riyadh, focused on analytical instruments.

The role involves managing the sales cycle for analytical instruments, including prospecting, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and closing opportunities with laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare institutions.

The specialist will provide front-line customer service, handle inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and coordinate with service engineers for complex support.

Daily tasks include visiting customer sites, preparing quotations, tracking orders, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and service requests.

The role also includes delivering product training, gathering customer feedback, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to sales targets and territory growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand technical needs, and provide clear, professional support.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Experience in Training customers or internal teams on analytical instruments, product features, and best-use practices.
  • Background in analytical instruments, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or laboratory equipment, with the ability to understand technical specifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills, with comfort using CRM and standard office software.
  • Ability to work on-site, travel within the region for client visits, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
