Overview

  • NERO Tapware, a premium Australian designed tapware and sanitaryware brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Project Manager – MENA to lead regional growth strategy.
  • MENA Headquarters based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies across the MENA region.
  • Identify and secure new project opportunities with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and hospitality groups.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed use projects.
  • Expand NERO's retail footprint by opening new showrooms and appointing dealers and distributors across the region.
  • Manage project specifications from design stage through project completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and industry professionals.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, distribution partnerships, and project contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Achieve regional sales and project targets while supporting long term business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the sanitaryware, tapware, bathroom fittings, or building materials industry.
  • Minimum 8 years in a Sales & Project Manager position or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record in securing and managing major construction, residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Proven experience in retail expansion, showroom development, dealer management, and distribution network growth.
  • Strong network with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and retailers across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the MENA region.
