Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies across the MENA region
- Identify and secure new project opportunities with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and hospitality groups
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed use projects
- Expand NERO's retail footprint by opening new showrooms and appointing dealers and distributors across the region
- Manage project specifications from design stage through project completion
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and industry professionals
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, distribution partnerships, and project contracts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Achieve regional sales and project targets while supporting long term business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sanitaryware, tapware, bathroom fittings, or building materials industry
- Minimum 8 years in a Sales & Project Manager position or equivalent role
- Proven track record in securing and managing major construction, residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Proven experience in retail expansion, showroom development, dealer management, and distribution network growth
- Strong network with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and retailers across Saudi Arabia and MENA region
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
- Willingness to travel extensively across the MENA region

- MENA Headquarters based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
