Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for fire fighting and special hazard suppression systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, government entities, and end users
- Promote and sell fire fighting products, systems, and turnkey solutions to achieve sales targets
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions
- Conduct technical presentations, client meetings, and commercial negotiations to secure project approvals
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Operations teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project execution from award through installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover
- Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, site progress, and client requirements
- Follow up on material submittals, shop drawings, consultant approvals, inspections, and authority approvals
- Ensure all projects comply with UAE Civil Defence requirements, NFPA standards, and local regulations
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, project status reports, and market intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 3 years of experience in Sales and Project Engineering within the Fire Fighting industry
- Valid Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) Card
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Strong technical, commercial, negotiation, and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
- Arabic language skills (advantage)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and results oriented Sales & Project Engineer – Fire Fighting Systems to drive business growth while managing fire protection projects from initial inquiry through successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for fire fighting and special hazard suppression systems.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales and Project Engineering within the Fire Fighting industry.
- Valid Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) Card is required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong technical, commercial, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Sound knowledge of fire fighting systems, special hazard suppression systems, and fire protection products.
- Familiarity with UAE Civil Defence regulations, NFPA standards, and project approval procedures.
- Experience in project sales, estimation, tendering, execution, and client relationship management.
- Strong problem solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
