Responsibilities
- Manage daily rental inquiries, bookings, and reservations
- Provide in person and phone support to customers throughout the rental process
- Coordinate vehicle availability, organize pick ups and returns
- Ensure documentation and payments are processed accurately and on time
- Track fleet status and monitor vehicle conditions
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime
- Support sales initiatives by following up on leads and preparing quotations
- Promote services to corporate and individual clients
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
Requirements
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills
- Solid organizational and time management abilities
- Competence with basic office software and digital tools
- Effective communication skills in English
- Background in sales, retail, hospitality, or transportation services preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle rental operations or fleet coordination is an asset
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, including weekends or shifts
- University degree or equivalent qualification highly preferred

Role Description
- Manage daily rental inquiries, handling bookings and reservations, and providing in person and phone support to customers throughout the rental process.
- Coordinate vehicle availability organizes pick ups and returns and ensures that documentation and payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Track fleet status, monitor vehicle conditions, and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Support sales initiatives by following up on leads, preparing quotations, and promoting services to corporate and individual clients while maintaining accurate records in company systems.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple bookings, schedules, and operational tasks.
- Competence with basic office software and digital tools; experience with CRM or rental management systems is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are beneficial.
- Background in sales, retail, hospitality, or transportation services is preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle rental operations or fleet coordination is an asset.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, including weekends or shifts as business requires.
