Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Riyadh.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to promote the group's services across investment, contracting, trade, events, tourism, and entertainment sectors.
  • Identify and qualify leads, manage client relationships, prepare proposals and presentations, and negotiate agreements in coordination with internal teams.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, manage social media and digital channels, support events and exhibitions, and monitor market trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure consistent branding, accurate sales forecasts, and timely reporting on performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales prospecting, lead qualification, client relationship management, and closing deals.
  • Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning across multiple sectors or services.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and basic SEO/SEM concepts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in a professional business environment.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and produce clear reports and sales/marketing insights.
  • Comfort working on site with cross functional teams and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Prior experience in investments, contracting, events, tourism, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
