Role Description

  • This is a commission based contract role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines with corporate and institutional clients.
  • The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, promote consultancy services and certification programs, and support brand positioning across digital and offline channels.
  • Tasks include exploring potential prospects, creating meeting opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions, and gathering market intelligence to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • The role also includes supporting customer service activities, collections, cross selling for logical closure with a client to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and provide responsive support.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B or consultancy environments.
  • Candidates should possess experience in Sales Management, including pipeline management and status tracking.
  • Candidates should possess Training related skills, such as coordinating or promoting professional courses, workshops, or certification programs.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in ESG, consulting, or professional education services; familiarity with digital marketing tools; and strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, and strong network with prospects is preferred.
  • Role preferably work from home in Dubai, handle multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. Driving License and Arabic speaking is preferred.
