Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage relationships with existing clients
- Promote ZAFCON’s glass, aluminium, and fabrication solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Follow up on leads and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with operations and fabrication teams to ensure accurate project scoping and timely delivery
- Support marketing activities such as developing promotional materials and maintaining presence on digital and offline channels
- Participate in industry events to strengthen brand visibility
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or construction related environment
- Sales Management and Training experience
- Solid knowledge of glass, aluminium, or construction materials and understanding of project based sales in the UAE market
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field are beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Valid UAE driving license and ability to work on site and visit client locations

Role Description
