Role Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and training sales teams, delivering exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries, and driving revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives.

This role will require proactive engagement with customers, market analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address inquiries.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Ability to provide Training and guidance to sales teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and developing targeted marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the sportswear or retail industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
