Responsibilities
- Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies
- Generate new business opportunities through corporate sales and external marketing
- Build and maintain partnerships with government entities, companies, sports clubs, schools, universities, hospitals, clinics, and wellness centers
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, partnership agreements, and corporate discount programs
- Conduct outdoor marketing visits, presentations, and business meetings
- Promote the center's medical, rehabilitation, fitness, wellness, and educational services
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and partnership presentations
- Represent the center at exhibitions, community events, and networking activities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing and sales
- Previous experience in a medical center, wellness center, sports center, rehabilitation center, or healthcare facility
- Proven experience in offline and online marketing
- Experience in corporate sales, external marketing, and business development
- Ability to develop and implement external marketing strategies
- Proven experience in negotiating and closing contracts and partnership agreements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred
