Overview

  • Looking for a motivated and experienced Female Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Generate new business opportunities through corporate sales and external marketing.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with government entities, companies, sports clubs, schools, universities, hospitals, clinics, and wellness centers.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, partnership agreements, and corporate discount programs.
  • Conduct outdoor marketing visits, presentations, and business meetings.
  • Promote the center's medical, rehabilitation, fitness, wellness, and educational services.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and partnership presentations.
  • Represent the center at exhibitions, community events, and networking activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing and sales.
  • Previous experience in a medical center, wellness center, sports center, rehabilitation center, or healthcare facility is required.
  • Proven experience in offline and online marketing.
  • Experience in corporate sales, external marketing, and business development.
  • Ability to develop and implement external marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing contracts and partnership agreements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
