Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct sales meetings, prepare proposals, and manage the full sales cycle for PR and communication services
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, support social media and digital outreach
- Collaborate with the PR team to align sales initiatives with brand messaging
- Maintain client relationships, provide responsive customer support, track performance metrics, and prepare regular sales and marketing reports
- Participate in client presentations, networking events, and training sessions
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in a service oriented environment
- Background in Sales Management or coordination, including pipeline tracking, reporting, and performance follow up
- Experience in Training team members or clients on products, services, or processes is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing, social media management) is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, client focused environment
